  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper use or washing

2. Return Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide clear pictures/video of the defective or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.

3. Refund Method

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service.

4. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible cases.
Replacement products will be sent after the return is approved.
