You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
Items damaged due to improper use or washing
2. Return Process
To request a refund:

Provide clear pictures/video of the defective or incorrect product.
Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.
3. Refund Method
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible cases.
Replacement products will be sent after the return is approved.
